Political Shadowing Scheme 2015/16

CRER Political Shadowing Scheme

Applications for 2015/16 are now open - CLOSING DATE 5th NOV 2015

The Political Shadowing Scheme was set up to address the severe under representation of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) individuals in the Scottish political arena.

CRER’s scheme is designed to counteract this by empowering and inspiring individuals from BME communities to be actively involved in politics. The scheme gives those involved an opportunity to gain first hand experience of the work of an MSP

or Councillor which can often provide a stepping stone into Scottish Politics. The project provides a wide range of training and is open to all individuals from a BME background. You should have an interest in politics but it is not essential that you are a member of a political party.

For further information / or to apply to the scheme please contact Zandra on 0141 418 6530 or email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
